5. Payment Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

XESS Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
